What experiences did you have during our collaboration?
Our event was divided into two parts: a dinner at the Congress Hotel and the subsequent conference at the Bitburger Event Center. The coordination in advance was very good, detailed and professional. Our wishes were taken on board and implemented very appropriately. Another particularly positive aspect was the attentive service team, which provided us with excellent support on both days of the event.
What did you particularly like?
At the dinner in the Congress Hotel, we particularly liked the pleasant atmosphere, the good organization and the successful implementation of our ideas. The evening together at the hotel bar was very harmonious and was perceived positively by our guests.
The Bitburger Event Center offers many possibilities and a suitable setting for conferences. However, in order to create an appealing atmosphere, we believe that careful preparation is advisable. For example, by decorating with plants / flower arrangements, lighting design and timely heating the day before. The BEC was a bit chilly during our event.

We were particularly impressed by the detailed coordination in advance, the flexible implementation of our wishes and the dedicated support provided by the entire team on both days of the event.
