From Bali to the Eifel Why yoga is more than just exercise

Sometimes a journey does not begin with a flight - but with a decision. The decision to get closer to yourself again. I am Martina Schenkl - yoga teacher, flow expert and founder of Martina Schenkl Yoga and the retreat concept YogaFantasy (@yogafantasy on Instagram).

Since 2017, I have been guiding women and groups through transformative yoga experiences in Europe and around the world - including Bali, Mallorca and Germany. But why Bali - and why the Eifel now? Bali is my second home. A place where I connect deeply with myself - full of rituals, energy, community and conscious movement. The Eifel is my first home. Nature, forests, silence - but also the special energy of the Nürburgring. Grounding and dynamic at the same time.
